You should consume fish, white meat, cereals, dairy products, fruit and vegetables. Sweet and starchy food, alcohol and fizzy drinks are a taboo. Eat often, but in small portions to prevent overeating. Also do not eat late in the evening, since all the consumed calories will settle in your midsection. As you see, such approach has nothing to do with starvation, but it proved to be very helpful and efficient to those, who want to remain in good shape.
