		<description>I would suggest you to either get involved in some type of sport or just some kind of activity with your friends.

Or if you prefer, you can begin a jogging program

The following are great activities for a good aerobic plan:
cycling, jogging, running, walking, rowing, stair climbing, elliptical machine, aerobic dance, bench step aerobics, hiking, in-line skating, skiing, rope skipping, swimming, and water aerobics.  

The key is to find something that you enjoy doing and maybe find someone who enjoys the same thing and ya&#039;ll can do it together.
Maybe you could start to train for a marathon, because when you have something to work toward it gives you a goal to work hard for.

If you have a competitive spirit, even better!  Also, there&#039;s an end in sight...no real long term commitment necessary, just in case you don&#039;t like it ;)</description>
