I do not excercise, although I would like to start. I am not very motivated to do it. I know very well the benefits and whatnot of excercise. What kinds of excercise can I do that will get me motivated to continue?
By the way, I am not overweight (5′ 11” and 135lbs) and have no health problems.

You have to find something you enjoy to do or else you’ll never get motivated.
start off by taking walks, powerwalking, or jogging [ maybe even running.. ] – make it a habit of going 3/4 times a week, possibly even everyday….then just do your regular sit ups, crunches, and what not to keep yourself fit and you`ll feel much more energized through the day.
screw exercising unless your into some sport
well, get off of your lazy but and play a sport, or run, or weight-lift. try bike riding for long distance, that might help.
Start with something thats fun, like biking.
You dont want to go to the gym right away, cuz you might get discouraged.
Before that though, you should make sure you have a healthy diet. That does more than just working out.
it will always keep u fit even when u become old
try cardio and do it little by little at a time(walking, running, swimming,etc..)
Join a run club or other group athletics club for a training session…there’s alot of motivation with support of a group/friend and when you’ve put your money out for it. If you have a competitive spirit, even better! Also, there’s an end in sight…no real long term commitment necessary, just in case you don’t like it
You can do something as simple as joining a sport. If you have an interest in a sport or other physical activity that will be enough motivation to start.Hiking is cool and very good exercise if you have access to trails in your area.Skiing,swimming,running.softball/baseball or anything like that could work if you have or develop an interest.Just think of what physical activities interest you.
Walking and biking are the easiest to start doing. Just remember to alternate your route or you will get bored really quickly. If you don’t have any specific goals find several thing you like and do something different every day. Boxing can be fun but not every day, so can tae bo. You probably find something you like a lot and set goals, but still mix it up with cross training.
I would suggest you to either get involved in some type of sport or just some kind of activity with your friends.
Here are a few websites that will help you to begin a fitness walking program
Or if you prefer, you can begin a jogging program
The following are great activities for a good aerobic plan:
cycling, jogging, running, walking, rowing, stair climbing, elliptical machine, aerobic dance, bench step aerobics, hiking, in-line skating, skiing, rope skipping, swimming, and water aerobics.
The key is to find something that you enjoy doing and maybe find someone who enjoys the same thing and ya’ll can do it together.
Maybe you could start to train for a marathon, because when you have something to work toward it gives you a goal to work hard for.

Good luck!
